Fair Wear is an independent Amsterdam-based foundation that works with clothing brands, textile workers and industry giants to improve working conditions in textile factories.
It is an association of different stakeholders, including business associations, trade unions and non-governmental organizations. By joining, companies undertake to implement the guidelines of the Fair Wear Foundation and to continuously improve the working conditions of the seamstresses.
